Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: A standard shipping fee (2 - 8 days) is added at checkout for orders placed in the US. You can also select the shipping method that best suits your needs. Shipping fee may vary for international orders depending on the destination location - this is determined at checkout. All shipments are dispatched from our North Carolina warehouse Monday to Friday from 8A to 5P EST. 

RETURNS: We want you to love your Waterbelle! If you don't, return it with no return shipping cost to you! Simply email us at belle@waterbelle.co, share your reason for returning the product, and we will send you a return label! 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Gift cards are non-returnable items.
